The staff was the nicest and most attentive I have yet experienced. They carried our luggage all the way up to the hotel because there were only steps, no ramps. They also parked our car because the parking situation is a bit difficult there. The receptionist gave us inspiration on what to do in the city and also recommended the free walking tour to us, which was great. The room was very pretty and smelled really nice the first time we entered, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was amazing, they prepared it freshly for us and served it to the table. The fried eggs were spot on. It was also nice to sit on the terrace while having good coffee. The way to the city center was a bit of a climb but with the shortcut the staff showed us it was manageable.

Very good hotel on top of a hill, surrounded by pine trees and very quiet at night. Beautiful view of the town and the river. The room was a good size, high quality mattress and pillows, slippers. Bathroom with window. Very good and plentiful breakfast, both salty and sweet, with fresh fruit (the butter, the fig jam and the walnut glyko were excellent), cloth napkins. The mattress was extremely soft and comfortable, and the bathroom looked to be newly remodeled—plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. My room had a mountain view, and I had the privilege of watching the sun rise up over the valley. It’s a memory I will treasure from my trip. Finally, I must mention the staff. Everyone I spoke with was so kind and helpful, checking on my stay and offering restaurant and sightseeing suggestions.
