You can breakfast outdoor (small open-air terrace in the courtyard). Staff extremely polite. Mid-size grocery shop in front of the hotel (closed on Sundays). Very spacious hotel rooms. Parking in the street in front of the hotel is free of charge on weekends. Underground is not far, just a few streets away.

Super kindly stuff, very pleasant, and courteous. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is placed very close to a metro station.

Great hotel on a good location. The rooms are decently sized, the beds, pillows and covers are comfortable, the bathroom is good and clean, showers are well maintained. The blackout curtains work like a charm, and you can set up your room temp any way you like. The windows offer plenty of isolation from outside noise, but there wasn't much to begin with. I definitely recommend you take the breakfast when you book your stay. The breakfast selection is good and has plenty to choose from, and the refills were always there in time. Their coffee machine is top notch and was my favorite stop.

Although the days of our vacation at Vienna were extremely cold, we had no issue as the heating system of the hotel was more than enough (some nights was to warm and we had to switch the heating off).
