Everything - this is not the first time we visit this hotel, been there in the winter and I can definitely say any time is good to go there. It is clean, also if you are with small kids it has different places (garden, kids' pool, playground) but it doesn't feel too crowded (meaning even without kids, you will not be disturbed and you can have a good rest).

The lady who received me was very friendly, even though I don't speak Bulgarian very well. She was very helpful.
