The room was perfect for a single traveller, there was a lovely restaurant nearby on the shore of the lake and it was an easy walk from the train station. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The staff were very helpful and goodnatured.

i would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, modern rooms, a marina by the river gives you the opportunity to relax and swim on warm days.

Everything about the Hotel was excellent. The location was stunning, great parking, well equipped and comfortable room with stunning views. Both the evening meal and breakfast taken outside on a terrace overlooking the lake and alps in the background, were excellent . The staff were excellent too with attentive hosts and Olga the breakfast waitress is an asset, welcomong, friendly, attentive and excellent at her job.

The owner is very nice and sympathic lady.the rooms are renovated and very clean.Garden rooms and rooms with balcony are our favourite rooms.The breakfast is enough.The wifi works well.15 minutes to the city center.You can take a bus to go to the train station.We feel very comfortable in Metropol Hotel.
Location is good: 5 mins walking distance from Swatch-Omega and there's a bus stop next to the entrance (direct connection with Bienne train station that can be reached in 10mins), the silence and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I slept really well and I never take this for granted!
