Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

The room was tiny and very cozy. Love how clean it was as well. And the breakfast was good too. Extremely beautiful view. 😍

It’s a about 15-20 minutes to walk into the nearest train station but there is a super convenient bus service that runs twice every hour and the bus stop is right in front of the house. I would gladly stay here again and if what you are looking for is a place where you can feel like you LIVE here, this is what you are looking for!

The ship station is directly in front of the hotel. Public transportation to reach any destination is easy by train and bus that are 10-minutes walk. Be prepared for the steep steps in the first few minutes on the path.The room was cosy and clean with comfortable bed, each day we started the day watching the lake and beautiful environment from our window. Quacks of the ducks woke us up. The breakfast contained several options and had very good quality. We loved the familial atmosphere mainly thanks for Peter and Shiva who were extremely kind and helpful. We felt like members of their family. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and can recommend this place warm-heartedly. We return here for sure when we visit this area next time.
