Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

The room was comfortable and spacious, and the views from the bedroom were lovely. Breakfast was very complete – it even had a jam dispenser! What we valued the most is that it is literally above the train platform. The hotel is very well soundproofed; you don’t even hear the trains passing by. Switzerland is expensive, but staying at this hotel was definitely worth it.

The location is fabulous. It's the best thing about this hotel. The mountain landscapes are beautiful. Bus station is pretty close to the hotel and the bus timetable is reliable. The buses take you to Interlaken city centre very fast. The village of Wilderswil is very beautiful and safe. The locals are also kind and some even say hello when you walk past them. The morning breakfast was better than most hotels. It was very convenient and complete. The personnel of the hotel is really professional and friendly. The receptionist who checked me in was very kind and informative about the best areas to visit. The cleaning staff always say hello with a smile and cleaned the room very well. Job well done.
