Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

The apartment was definitely one of the high-lights of our trip because it was beyond our expectations. Absolutely recommend!

Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail of the host to provide an incredible accommodation experience for the guests. There is a bus stop about 5mins walking distance and the place is very easy to find. If you like to walk, it’s about a 20min walk downhill to the Wilderswil train station where you can take the direct trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Shynige Platte. Highly convenient. There is also 2 grocery stores near this station. We truly loved our stay and have zero complaints. Thank you to the host!!
