Our room was spacious and comfortable . We really appreciate LIAN who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and even at the end. She is very professional and makes sure the guests are comfortable during the stay. A very warm and generous person 😊

The staffs were very kind. Breakfast was good. They were kind enough to keep my luggage for a few more hours after check out.

It features a terrace with panoramic views over the Swiss Alps and the bay of Lucerne. I went in Oct and trip advisor suggested I was taking a risk as weather could be bad. I wanted to experience being above the clouds and or view of town from the mountain. I took the risk and it totally paid off. The view of mountain peaks sticking up in blanket of clouds was amazing. Although, you can do a day trip but you would miss the sunrise and sunset experience from the top. The dinner as well as the view from my room was amazing as well.

It is a very good opportunity to sample local breads, cheeses and cold meat cuts, and the hostess will also cook eggs to your liking. Our room with the lake view was so pretty! Highly recommend the hotel.
