Staff members consistently went above and beyond—check‑in was efficient, local recommendations were spot‑on and every request was met with genuine courtesy. For what you pay, the value is excellent: clean, comfortable rooms with good beds, solid Wi‑Fi and enough space to unpack and relax. I’d book it again without a second thought — in fact, I did it twice on this trip.

The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. First of all, the country is beautiful ! So, all around is beautiful too. The hotel is cozy and modern with a hint of old times. The room was larger than we expected, super clean with free amenities for the guests (coffee and tea) and cute little cushions in each bed. The location is perfect for those who intend to use the train to move around the country because the hotel is very close to the train station, actually, the station is as if it was the hotel"s backyard. The staff was very nice and gentle. There is an area for guests to chill out close to the reception where you can have a drink and enjoy a book from a small library. We tried the restaurant and food was very good ! For switzerland's standards it was a very good cost-benefit.

The hotel was so clean and very well maintained, they carried out daily cleaning of our room for a 3 night stay. The bed was so comfortable and the room size was decent. The bathroom was lovely, a nice powerful shower and daily fresh towels. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

The host was friendly and very helpful and we were welcomed very friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on the same spot for a quick bite. The rooms are spacious and the beds are surprisingly comfortable If you have a car and are looking for something affordable and comfortable then this place is recommended.

Hotel Wartmann is located in the centre of Winterthur, 50 metres from the train station and a 2-minute walk from the Old Town. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private bathroom, and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. I recently stayed at this hotel and overall was satisfied. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection. There were many different types of cheese available, as well as the opportunity to make fresh orange juice. Our room was large and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The bed was big and comfortable, with a cozy mattress. The hotel's location is very convenient, with our windows facing the train station. Despite this, the windows have excellent soundproofing, and we were not disturbed by any noise.
