From the staff, the facilities, the cleanliness, rooms, food, etc. We do not have anything negative to say. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. The breakfast is also amazing with a wide variety and high quality. Ms. Maria at the spa gives an excellent massage - I highly recommend her. The thermal pool has a great temperature, and the mini pool for kids is also good. The rooms are comfortable and have a nice temperature. You even get free tea, coffee, and water in the room. There's also a mini fridge with extra snacks. You are provided with bathtowels, towels for the spa, robes, and slippers. The cleanliness all around is amazing. This place definitely deserves more than 3 stars. It exceeded our expectations, and we will surely be back. Thank you.

The hotel looks new and very clean, located about 1.5 km from the historic center. We took Bolt service to get the center (13-15 RON) The rooms are comfortable with very good beds. The hotel serve light breakfast (coffee and sweets) for free. Realy good value for money. Strongly recommend.

Situé à Bukovel, le HVOYA propose un accès skis aux pieds aux remontées mécaniques 7D de Bukovel et une réception ouverte 24h/24. Difficult to say since everything was just perfect from the arrival to departure: easy parking, great food especially at breakfast, amazing spa. But it is the staff that made the stay most memorable. Special thanks to Dmytro who is on reception but also doubles as a guide.
