Excellent customer service. We also liked the Breakfast very much. There was plenty of everything. Parking is also very good. Either in a garage of the Hotel or across the street. 5 minutes to S-Bahn station from the Hotel. Perfect connection to the City center by S-Bahn. Just 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay in Auszeit Hotel. Thank you very much for everything. We will definitely come back. 👍👍

Very quiet area too. We arrived little early, and room was already ready for us, really great.

(See the photo of a tiny portion of the view from the bar…) Oh, and the staff? SO pleasant and patient. Really delightful. We didn’t try the breakfast but the breakfast area looked pleasant and there’s a comfortable place at the corner of the lobby to wait for friends. (PLUS a popcorn maker — which I only found as we were leaving, but I might have to come back, just to try it.) All this coupled with the most affordable rate (I could find) among any of the listed hotels in the area. Trust me, when we come back to Hamburg, we’ll stay here.
