All members of staff we interacted with were excellent. Check in was efficient and speedy.
Bedroom was large with two comfortable, decent sized beds. A complimentary bottle of water was provided. The bathroom was also spacious. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of food provided. Location was grreat, only a short walk to the Porta Nigra and the old town.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room (we stayed in the family suite) was modern, spacious and the bunk beds were super fun for kids. There were even some nice new toys in the children's room so we were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet was tasty and included some vegan options , which was very thoughtful.

Location being in the city centre with almost every highlight of the city to be very close by.
The property is supposedly in an old building but done up very well.
We had a late check in at 21:00 hrs but the reception staff though had left for the day made sure we had a convenient and easy check in with the keys kept at the hotel reception.
The breakfast though minimalistic was OK and the lady at the restaurant was very cheerful.

Friendly hotel staff allowed us to use the room from 11:00 a.m. onwards. Although there wasn't a breakfast service, the free coffee and cake in the morning was much appreciated. The location in the city center was a very nice bonus.
