We were super happy with our booking, the staff is extremely friendly, the location is right at the main train station, you can be at the border of the old town (Little venice) within less than 10 minutes per foot. Everything was spotless clean, and our room had a lovely orange/citrus smell when we entered. Wifi was working very well. Breakfast had a wide variety, with fresh orange juice, crepe and everything you need. Free Parking right in front of the hotel. Our room was right next to the elevator, and facing to the street. So initally we thought it might be a bit loud, but we did not hear anything during the night. The very comfy beds definitely also helped in sleeping well.

They were great selection of cheeses and in breakfast you feel at home. We spend around 12 hours total and these are my feelings. There is lake nearby which probably in spring and summer is very cool but we didn’t walk as we have two kids and it was winter

The property was clean and warm, the location is not far from the city center, and the wifi worked well all the time. The city and surroundings guide we found inside the apartment is extra proof that they put in the effort to make us feel comfortable.
