The property is 10 minutes' stroll from Newquay Train Station, 16 minutes' walk from Fistral Beach, and less than a mile from Newquay Zoo. The nearest car park is 3 minute’s walk away and there is also limited public parking on the neighbouring streets. Due to our central location, unfortunately we do not have parking ourselves. Immaculately clean , quiet & relaxing . Our room had a magnificent Sea view to sit with coffee and look out to the sea . Handy walking location to great restaurants , shops, Harbour, transport . Breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice and stay was excellent value . Owen, Margaret and Jonny were fantastic hosts - also loved being able to have a drink at the bar in the guest area and chat with the hosts and other guests after a day out .Exceptionally friendly place . Hosts also very helpful . Would certainly come back
