We really enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff, who were happy to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts each morning that were included in the room price were delicious. The rooftop terrace was a colourful and scenic area to enjoy the extensive variety of good quality food and drinks. We also enjoyed tasty dinners on the rooftop terrace in the evening. Views of the night sky and city were lovely to see as you dined there. The location was good. The bed was very comfortable. The manager was very approachable and helpful. He and his staff made for a very good team in the running of the hotel. This of course helped make our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Testimony to this is that we are coming back to stay again.

The hotel is modern and clean, lift to all floors. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Staff were very helpful but have google translate ready! Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. They arranged a brilliant massage which was done in the room.

I stayed here twice separately as part of a stop over. This modern hotel is close to the airport (~15mins car). The hotel has multiple levels. The rooms are clean internet WIFI enabled, air conditioned and modern. The bathroom is modern, spacious and clean. There is also a good size working desk/chair inside both rooms I had (on separate occasions) in case Berau town inspires your productivity. The hotel is managed by the friendly Christian, who is fluent in English, professional and helpful. The rest of the hotel staff team are also very friendly and incredibly helpful. There is a restaurant/indomart within walking distance although it's just as easy to order food delivery via GoJek which I did. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Berau.
