What didn’t I like…the stay was wonderful at Hotel Studlagil. The staff person was friendly and even shared a lovely conversation with us in the evening. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in this area of Iceland!

Located 35 km from Hengifoss, Hótel Valaskjálf offers 3-star accommodation in Egilsstadir and features a garden, a terrace and a bar. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Gufufoss is 23 km away. The hotel and the room were very clean. Brekfast was great, also had dinner there and it was excellent! Staff was polite.
