First of all, the location is unbeatable — you step out and you’re already in the heart of everything. Breakfasts deserve a special mention: absolutely delicious, with a variety and quality that truly exceeded my expectations. And then, the Prosecco — what a charming touch! A complimentary bottle was waiting for me in the room, and downstairs in the lobby, you can always pour yourself a glass (or three, or five…) whenever you feel like it. It’s the kind of little luxury that makes a stay feel special. Honestly, I’m trying to think of something negative to balance this out, but I really can’t. Everything was just… great. Would absolutely stay here again.

The building was beautiful and had a pleasant garden area. We loved the happy hour and sustainability focus. The room was huge when compared to other hotels. The breakfast was also good and it had exceptional value for money. Even though the location wasn’t in the city centre, it was still great and it wasn’t very far from the centre.

I must praise the bed which was sooo spacious and comfortable - just what you need after days full of walking. There are restaurants all around, even a grocery store right next door. I would recommend the hotel for everyone who wants to visit Firenze.
