The breakfast staff were fantastic and the espresso was perfect. The location was in the center of Voterra "old town". The room was plenty big, more like a suite. Plus the rooftop cafe was very convenient and useful. As hotel guests, the cafe staff were happy to cork our bottle and provide us with a plate and silverware for the wine, cheese, and meats that we bought at the food and wine festival (VolterraGusto 2023).

Both owners were as sweet as they could be and took care of us as we were part of their family. Very clean, charming small hotel … would recommend it to anyone.

Abseits von Volterra und doch ganz nah, Erholung pur und eine riesen Terasse mit schönem Weitblick in die Landschaft zum verweilen, einfach genial. Wir haben die Woche genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Simone und Gianfilippo sind toll, grazie a voi Signori :-) Sehr empfehlenswert, das alte Landhaus hat Charme und Platz im Überfluss (riesiges Wohnzimmer).

The hosts are friendly and helpful. Good sized property with everything we needed. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Nice pool too. Highly recommend for a stay off the beaten track in Tuscany.
