Everything was amazing; the room was very spacious and clean, the receptionists were available 24h/7 and always agreeable. When it comes to the location, I could not have asked for better - we visited all of Florence by foot. The beds were comfortable and I was happy to see that there were 2 big fluffy pillows per person (I dislike sleeping on tortillas). The food was varied with all you need for a sweet or salty breakfast.

Everything!!! The greeting, the staff, the location, the room was beautiful, cozy and clean, bed was very comfortable, room aircon allowed for desired temperature, the whole building, terrace, etc were lovely. Breakfast was everything you need. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful big room, very clean and the staff was super nice! We also had a little seating area outside (garden). We were able to wash our clothes, that took 30 mins, super quick. They had their own products in the bathroom, which smelled really good and were natural. :D
