The ryokan also has a souvenir shop and coin-operated laundry facilities. great service from all the staff!! while the meal staff are not as fluent in english, they communicate everything well with simple phrases and gestures. onsen was great and relaxing, and the room had a beautiful view of the shrine. the location of the ryokan was also amazing with the old street in front and lots to see.

The staff were friendly and helpful, including both receiving our forwarded luggage and assisting us with forwarding our bags to our next hotel. The location is good, just a few minutes to the Chiba metro, many convenience stores, restaurants and bars, as well as pharmacies and shopping within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and made our mornings much easier.
