Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, gleich mit Tee, einheimischem Süssgebäck und Wasser. Besonders möchten wir Fatima danken, die uns beim Frühstück bedient hat. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – eine tolle Frau.

I had a lovely experience at the hotel. Great location, quiet, calm and peaceful. New build hotel so everything is new, updated and facilitated to a good standard. The staff are exceptionally great. The gentleman at the reception called Anas was very welcoming and helpful. He printed out my boarding pass, arranged my transfer to the airport, directed me to money exchange and ordered food for me and delivered it to my room late at night. It is truly a 7 star service received. Special thanks to Anas for making my stay comfortable and stress free. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will always stay here when I come to Rabat.
