The room impressed us with perfect cleanliness, everything was neat and well-maintained. The apartment has air conditioning, which is very important in hot weather - the temperature was always comfortable. We were especially impressed by the balcony with a stunning sea view - it’s truly first line! Every morning started with a cup of coffee and mesmerizing seascapes. The location is simply perfect - just a few steps to the cleanest beaches. For a family with a child, this is very convenient - no need to walk far, and the beaches are really very clean and well-maintained. We would like to especially note the availability of a private parking space - this is a big plus, especially in a resort area. You can safely leave your car without worrying about security. A pleasant bonus was the hostess’s restaurant, which is located right in the same building. Very convenient and delicious - you can have dinner without leaving the house, and the quality of the dishes is top-notch! Situated in Utjeha and only 100 metres from Utjeha Small Beach, Villa Perla features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We enjoyed our coffiee in the beautiful front garden and sunsets from the shared huge balcony. Appartmant was comfy and well equped. Beach was near.

Towels were big, beds had reading lights, plugs for charging, It was quiet, everywhere inside the room and hotel was clean and fresh. Parking was easy.

Large terrace with sea view available to all the guests in the villa. The host and the staff were very accommodating. Location very close to the beach, only two minutes walk. Fresh towels every day and cleaning of the room.
