It’s right in the center, literally everything was within walking distance, so I didn’t need a car or transport at all. That made things so easy and stress-free. The view of the lake was stunning, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and calm. Perfect for recharging. Jack, the host, was amazing, always around if needed, super helpful and very present in a genuine, human way. Honestly, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. For the location, the comfort, the view, and the whole experience, the value for money is absolutely there. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm, central, beautiful stay.

Bache Apartments is a 3-star property set in Ohrid, facing the sea. This recently renovated apartment is located 700 metres from Potpesh Beach and 400 metres from Early Christian Basilica. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the barbecue, or enjoy views of the mountain and lake. The view and location are unbeatable; everything is easily accessible. Our terrace, the bed, and the apartment were very cozy, clean and comfortable. The two hosts did everything to make our stay as pleasant, fun, and memorable as possible, each with their own personal charisma and creative style. We met two warm, open, and welcoming people, hosts from the heart, and we learned a lot about Ohrid and the surrounding area through wonderful conversations. We felt welcome from the very first minute. They helped us, advised us, and were always available to answer any questions. A wonderful encounter and a stay that I will remember for a long time. I can recommend staying here to everyone.
