Breakfast covers the most important items of a good breakfast and customer service here is superb. Especial for the front desk personnel such as Flor and the lobby men like Kevin. Rooms are comfortable, have a nice AC unit and cleanliness is top-notch. We did not use it. But right in the lobby is a Tour Agency with a repertoire of activities in case you need to do something extra or else previously not planned. This will be our go to hotel for stays at Playa del Carmen

Very cozy atmosphere and beautiful sunrises, loved the Ramon restaurant and beach club and all the staff there, especially Juan and Giulliermo. Thank you for your service. Breakfast was delicious, also food on the menu is really good. Room was cleaned every day and was very clean and spacious. Also, guy at the reception was always very helpful, friendly and kind. Hotel is close to playa paraiso where you can find more restaurants if wanted. We felt safe during all our stay.
