Firstly, they provide top class of customer service, where they texted you in asking if you need assistance with ride from the bus stop to the place. On that day itself, they texted you again to follow up your time of arrival. I love this exceptional customer service. About the stay..I like how spacious and clean the room is. They provided breakfast together with a booking, which is very cheap. Good selection of breakfast. Iron and water dispenser is provided in the hallway. They also provide a free shuttle to the nearest city centre but if you're here by car- it's better to drive, as the drop of area is very close to the hotel. I love the presence of the cat, my little one's is a cat lover!

I really enjoyed my stay at the property because of its warm and inviting ambiance, which immediately made me feel at ease. Nice staff, beautyful view from the hotel - had a room with a balcony, really nice. Clean hotel, really beautyful garden as well.
Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, also near to a little park with a playground if you got kids. The staff is helpfull to book tours.

we reached late night but the front desk still welcoming us with smile. the garden view is ok to me i can still see thw green but maybe the hotel can get improvement for the garden view

The location of the apartment is convenient for me and my family. Easy for me to go for my golf leaving my family with a piece of mind since there are a lot of restaurants.
Common areas kept clean all day- let us check in early staff were helpful. Place was quiet we didn’t see anyone else at all during our stay. The walls are very thin so can imagine if more people are staying could be noisier. For the price good value and location is central to markets and restaurants.

The location is great, far enough from city center to enjoy a nice view and some quiet times, close enough to walk there within less than 10 minutes. It's located on a hill, so the view is lovely and they have a driver, Simon, who's always happy to pick you up!
Breakfast is good, has enough choices and tastes delicious, they could extend the times until 10am though ;-)

the location was great, close to bus station and right next to lots of food options. it was mostly clean, the bed was comfortable. the kitchen and lounge area were good with lots of kitchen things provided. they give free local tea and the tap provides drinking water. a relatively quiet and safe area. common areas were cleaned everyday. wifi was very good. when contacted the host was quick, helpful and friendly. it’s a very basic stay but good if on budget.
