This hotel is located in the dunes The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of nature, which made it very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choice, with more than enough space to enjoy it comfortably. The rooms were very spacious with a comfortable bed, and everything felt clean and well looked after. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

De Herbergh van Flielant lies in Oost Vlieland’s main street, just 550 metres from the ferry service. It has an in-house restaurant with terrace, bicycle rental and classic rooms with private bathroom facilities and free Wi-Fi. I didn't eat breakfast, as I'm not a breakfast person. However, this was removed from my bills, as I had chosen it during my booking. The lady at the reception was wonderful. The room was nice, clean and quiet. However, the bed was too soft for me. I like a hard mattress.

Peaceful to wake up to that or sit at the balcony with the sun. Staff are super friendly and professional. Always helpful and welcoming. Nice that next to the hotel, there is a bar where you can have some drinks and fun before going to bed. The breakfast buffet was also good and with variety. In overall, a great place to stay when visiting lovely Vlieland.

This hotel is located in the breakers of the Waddenzee, and a 5-minute walk from the ferry service. Very good location, close to the boat and the bike park and the Main Street. Great shower facilities. Stunning views from the room. Large room.
