The hotel ambience for xmas was exceptional with all the decorations and the free biscuits and hot chocolate was an extra touch that made our stay that more enjoyable . The room was well presented and clean and tidy - the bed was so so comfortable. We have stayed here before and never been disappointed - we look forward to our next stay at Hotel Janssen - the location is excellent for our stay at valkenburg and it never disappoints . Enjoyed renting a stick insect , great location from car parks to hotel. Plenty of restraunts near by. Great touch with the free night cap. Simple and cosy room, clean and tidy. Nice to visit the Christmas market about 10/15 minute walk away. If wanting to catch a train hotel directly across from train station.
