Location was perfect, steps away from the pedestrian areas of the city. Our room was quiet, had great shower, a very comfortable bed and a great view. The breakfasts were delicious and made to order. But more than anything it was the staff. The airport had arranged transport for us from the airport in Juliaca. At the very last moment, our flight was delayed. Their communication with us and making sure our pick up was there when we finally did arrive was excellent. And then we had some issues with the altitude. Their care for our well-being went above and beyond. They brought oxygen to our room in the middle of the night. They had a doctor in our room at 5:00 in the morning. We highly recommend Intiqa Hotel for your stay in Puno.
