Located in Brejao, within 22 km of Aljezur Castle and 26 km of Sardao Cape, Choeiro Verde - Casa de Campo na Costa Vicentina provides accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Featuring pool with a view, the 3-star bed and breakfast has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Featuring a private entrance, the bed and breakfast allows guests to maintain their privacy. A true gem. Quiet, comfortable and impeccably clean. Hosts were wonderful as was the delicious, bountiful breakfast. The lovely pool, with its spectacular views, was a real treat to swim in. Staying here was the highlight of our trip to Portugal.

Located in Vila Nova de Milfontes, Penthouse with rooftop pool - Duna Parque Resorts & Hotels features access to an outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool, spa and wellness centre and a paddle tennis court. The accommodation is 500 metres from the beach facing the Mira River. It was a lovely and roomy apartment. Only the bathrooms were a little cramped. But there were two of them! Lots of facilities to enjoy in the apartment and on the wider grounds. The view from the roof terrace was spectacular.

Porto Covo is an eco-friendly hotel in the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park . It has an outdoor pool with a poolside bar and a hydromassage, and is a 10-minute walk from the beach.

The area is popular for windsurfing and diving, and car hire is available at this 3-star hotel. Well located and clean! Breakfast was very good!

The location is excellent; the sound of the ocean at night is soothing and makes it easy to fall asleep. A morning walk on the beach energizes and uplifts you for the day. There’s no city noise, which makes the stay even more peaceful. The room was clean and equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast was varied and satisfying. I can only imagine how wonderful it must be to stay here during the summer months.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers for warmer days, Casa das Cegonhas is located within a large countryside property in Herdade de Porches, 11 km from Alcácer do Sal.

Cegonhas’ rooms offer direct access to the garden and outdoor swimming pool. The private bathroom comes with slippers and free toiletries. Beautiful setting, nice room, great breakfast very smooth check in and Philips was amazing, very friendly.

Pátios Da Vila’s air-conditioned apartments are decorated with wooden furniture and tiled floors. They include a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer. The rooms were clean, and the property was well located in town.

Located in the centre of Santiago do Cacém, Hotel D. Nuno offers views of the Castle and the Parochial church. It features spacious rooms, an outdoor pool, and free Wi-Fi.

Hotel D.Nuno has modern rooms, with wooden furniture and some with parquet floors. Each of the air-conditioned rooms has a flat-screen satellite TV, an electric kettle, and slippers. Friendly and efficient staff ready to help, especially Lillian🙂 Rooms clean and nice. Location excellent for Rita Vicentina trek stage 1 start as you are only 15 min walk to castle start and there is handy grocery to buy food for stage 2 across the street -- you will need to as stage 2 is remote with no services. Would stay here again!

Set among pine groves, Monte de Leziria offers modern accommodation in Portugal’s Alentejo. It provides the possibility to explore the surrounding countryside and the nearby beaches thanks to on-site bike rental. Was a good size cottage, several bedrooms, quiet area, nicely furnished, lots of room. Good breakfast delivered by the owner, who was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed fresh oranges from tree out back. The Italian resturant/ pizza place was absolutely delicious and delightful. The care a block up the street was good as well, nice family place.

Situated where the Mira River meets the Atlantic Ocean, Duna Parque has elegantly decorated apartments with modern furniture. Each apartment features a unique decoration. Each offers a flat-screen satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect! I will back to this hotel in the future.
