Very clean, modern with an eco-friendly vibe. Large room and bed. Excellent rain shower. Shower did not leak water which is a problem in so many hotels. Abundant towels. Good quality Portuguese soap
products. All rooms have fridges, kettles and tea. Room had a spacious balcony. Breakfast included. Free bottle of water in every room. I received a birthday cake and lovely note for my birthday. Good value for money.

When I arrived, they'd upgraded me to a twin room with a balcony so I had a view of the sea. I liked the little touches in the room - from the welcome biscuits and local tea to the soaps and shampoo provided in the bathroom. The location was really good too and I was at the main square within 5-10 minutes' walk. The staff were also super friendly and checked me in early. I was a little poorly on my trip and this was exceptional service.

Spacious apartment positioned in a great location to explore Sao Miguel (Azores) island. The rooms (2 bedrooms and living room/kitchen area) were more than big enough for a group of 4 people. The terrace was also nice and spacious. There was always a parking spot available for us to use right in front of the apartment. We appreciated the hairdryer which was handed over to us at the reception.

Allways with a smile in their faces and 100% available for what we needed and with lots of patience to our kids. Thank you.
The location is amazing (its actualy IN the beach) very close to the highway and city center.
The breakfast is very nice and the rooms has a very nice view and the kitchen in the room, very usefull.
In the new years eve, the offered us a champagne bottle for us to enjoy at midnight...it was truly a very nice gesture.
We'll be back.
