Very nice and cozy little hotel. We booked a 2 room 4 bed apartman. Parking with the car is also nice and easy. Placed within 10 min walking distance to the shoping/food street and Forum mall. Also the historic city center is within 15mins walk. The mountains / lake are within 20-25 minutes car ride.

Situé à Poprad, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture des Hautes Tatras, l'Hotel SATEL propose des chambres et des appartements. Location perfect. Very close to main town centre. Rooms were exceptional. Breakfasts plentiful and delicious. Staff most helpful. A stone's throw from the train/bus stations. Fabulous Hotel.

The hotel is brand new and very stylish . Kids told that is looked the best of all they’ve been before . 2 room number was a perfect fit for me and 2 kids. Internet was perfect in the room and at the lobby as well which was very important for my online work . Helpful personnel and tasty breakfast . I had to arrive late and there were no issues with entering the hotel late at night but you need to tell them about it beforehand !

We arrived very late in the evening without prior accommodation, and most places in the area had a check-in deadline of 10 PM. We called the hotel around 11 PM, and a kind lady came over to personally open the hotel and prepare a room for us. She was extremely helpful and polite, and we truly appreciated her effort. The hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and offers a great breakfast. Free parking is also available on-site, which was very convenient. Given the service and quality, I can’t give this hotel anything less than a 10. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality!

Very friendly and understanding staff. Got an upgraded room with exceptional mountain view. The room was very spacious, yet cosy. The sleeping was very comfortable. All equipment was functional. Breakfast was tasty. Thank you!

We chose this one for location primarily bcs we were visiting the Ice dome on Hrebienok. The apartment provided garage parking included so it was super easy to come and park. 4th floor, nice view and quiet. Picking up key cards at the bistro was super convenient and quick. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished.Kitchen was equipped sufficiently. Overall all good.
