We liked the location on "the quiet side" or east side of Koh Chang because we enjoyed exploring the roads and attractions with less traffic. Our rooms and grounds were immaculate. The pillows were more comfortable than other places we have stayed. The pool is cleaned daily and the other guests were quiet and respectful. The room was stocked with beer in the fridge and some sealed snacks -- good that we didn't have to run out to buy anything but there are a few restaurants within walking distance. The best coffee (locally grown) is just down the road.

Wonderful swimmingpool, friendly, helpful staff, good food. Away from the noise and the loud western beaches (but also these places are worth a visit: white sand, tabkes and chairs directly on the ocean) - not easy to reach without motorbike. No problem for me.

Everything was so magical! The villa was so beautiful, a perfect private pool, a breathtaking view on the sea. Really really amazing. Everything was clean and it felt like a little paradise. The staff was super friendly and accomodating - with scooter rental or transfers. Breakfast was great and so much to eat. We really loved it there.

The location is beautiful. It is a 5 minute kayak ride and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful long beach. The resort is on a river. It is so peaceful and near to town and many restaurants. The river was perfect to swim in with lovely views. Quiet deck with stunning views of the river. The room was amazing, big, well designed, private, and so comfortable. The resort was very peaceful, with the small gardens and nature surrounding the resort. The staff made me feel at home. They were so kind and genuine. The menu was limited as you would expect at a small resort. The quality of the food was excellent. It was OK for me.it was convenient if I wanted to eat the resort. There are many great local restaurants that you can walk to from the resort. A few of them were directly on the ocean. It was a great value for the price. It was so nice I changed my stay at another resort from two weeks to one week to spend another week at Water Colours. I rarely give a 10 for a review. I could not find one thing I did not like. When I visit Koh Chang, I will stay at Water Colours.

Very good location on the island, plenty of food and massage options around Bailan, which is a nice and quiet neighbourhood, just a hop from Lonely Beach and Bang Bao pier by scooter. We’ve got a very warm welcome by Fred and Pilou the owners, confortable room with with all needed amenities. We’ll definitely come back !

Das Island View Resort and SPA liegt an der Ostküste der Insel Koh Chang, nur 1 Gehminute von der Bucht von Salakphet entfernt. Es war vom Anfang bis zum Schluss einfach nur schön und perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und super Ausstattung, mit schönem, gemütlichen Licht. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon war wunderschön. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool mit dem Ausblick auch einfach nur schön. Und das erste mal seit unserer Zeit in Thailand gab es ein authentisches thailändisches Frühstück, nämlich die Reissuppe. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder zurück und wären gerne länger geblieben.
