The facilities were nicely remolded even though the hotel is older. There were no “older” odors and the rooms, bedding and bathrooms were clean. We have stayed and the Outrigger before and will do so again. You can not beat the location (ocean outside your door plus large pool) and you are close to shops and dinning establishments.

Congo River Adventure Golf Daytona is 8.5 km away and Lighthouse Point Park is 10 km from the hotel. The room was big, the pool was opened till 11 pm so we could still use it despite late arrival. Breakfast was good. The guy at the reception at our check in was great. Excelent free lemonade at the reception.
