The hotel is right at heart of Old Quarter, just 3 min to Hoan Kiem lake, and few min away from Train street, beer street etc. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable to stay with family. The staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Tung, he even helped to pack breakfast on the day we leaving as we have to leave at 6 am and the breakfast only start at 6:30. Mr. David also helped to book airport pick up and transfer, the drivers are punctual as well. We had wonderful stay at Family Suite Hotel.
