Staff were amazing and helped us with everything from booking tours, laundry, a phone repair shop and taxis. They were very accommodating with our kids as well. The rooms were cleaned daily and kept cool with great AC. Water was provided each day free of charge. There is some street noise, but that's to be expected when staying in the thick of things. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. It was provided in a hotel a few doors down with a great view across the city rooftops. It's hard to pick somewhere to stay in Hanoi and we were really pleasantly surprised by how clean and great this place was. The beds were super comfy as well with crisp, clean sheets. Clean towels daily as well.
