Check in process was smooth. Self check in was available. Staff was happy to help during check in. Our room had Mt. Fuji view so it was a pleasant surprise. Room size was enough for 3 people and 2 kids. Breakfast was decent which had bread, scrambelled eggs, sauceges etc. Facilities given at the mentioned price are definately value for money.
