Very good value for money! Spotlessly clean. Big enough room and the bathroom. Good buffet breakfast and they rotate dishes so you never have exactly the same breakfast every day. When in UK, I couldn't move my dates on Booking.com as their facility had a glitch or something. Toyoko Inn Omori manager contacted them and I was promised a refund for one day. I didn't receive it yet but hope all will be fine. Very hard working cleaners and staff at breakfast too.

Great location, friendly staff. Good view and lovely park 5 minute walk away. Room was quite small, like they usually are in Japan but had enough space for myself! Good ameneties, including conditioner for hair and toothbrushes etc. Breakfast was simple but good. 2 washers and 2 dryers downstair, what you can use for a small prize. I felt like home in here. Nice place to return to after a long day. I am going to stay in this same inn at the end of my trip, and I'm already looking forward to it! Also as a woman, it was really nice to have a desk and a mirror in front of a window.

Was a great location, very central, and an easy walk to the station and konbinis. It was also right next to the canals which were a beautiful sight at night time. New towels and hand cloths were provided every morning, and a breakfast buffet which was convenient on lazy mornings. Very polite staff. Would stay again, decent value for money :)

The self check-in and check-out was super easy, and the breakfast included in the price was so good too, I wish I had had more time that morning to truly try everything haha XD The bed was large and comfy and they even had a coin laundry and a hotel pyjama!

the breakfast is outstanding. The location , its near the monorail station, about 10 -15 minutes walk to monorail station. The hotel does provide free shuttle bus to go to Shinagawa station. The hotel is situated in a beautiful leafy green area which is unusual for a hotel near a station in Japan. It is very convenient for going to and from Haneda airport.
