It si very nice hotel. Location is near Shinjuku station but in a very quiet area, near the Shinjuku Gyoen park. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Almost everything was great! The staff were kind, even though I came past their check-in time, due to getting a bit confused by Tokyo Station, but they didn't even mention it. The room was nice, clean and had a decent view, I think I was on the 9th floor. The bathroom was also nice. There were also a few convenience 24/7 stores around and enough restaurants. Oji station wasn't that far away either and only took like a 5 minute walk. The breakfast was insanely good to be honest, with enough variety and left me filled for the early day as well.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location in Tokyo. The Staff were SO ver,y kind and helpful to me with my queries: i.e. sorting my Luggage out for distribution to my onward destination to name but a few. Excellent Public Transport System and Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace are roughly about 30 minutes walk. Lots of nice Cafés and Restaurants nearby.

12 night stay. Perfect for my needs. Travelled alone. Went out every day and returned in the evening. Great location. Easy to find and round the corner from Kuramae station. Walking distance for me to Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara, Skytree, Sumida river. Used the station to travel further away. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Also several combinis a few minutes walk away open late for supplies. Automated check in/out was simple and nice helpful staff there to assist if needed. Fresh towels daily. Room was compact, clean with tv fridge and safe. WiFi was great. Bathroom great with multi functional toilet. Large bed was firm and comfortable. Opted out of free breakfast as I don't eat in the mornings. Will definitely return and stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at Toyoko Inn in Japan. The hotel was simple but perfectly adequate for a few days' stay. The breakfast was basic but tasty, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel provided all necessary amenities, and its location was excellent. Highly recommended!

Arrived totally drenched by the lovely tsuyu, the girl staff was very considerate in offering me a towel right away and taking time to explain the facilities during the checkin process. Room was pretty spacious for a Toyoko Inn room, was clean, modern and organized pretty well. The shuttle bus in the morning is convenient, driver is really friendly and helpful with your bagage as well. Do beware, the bus will leave at the exact time stated on the schedule, not earlier, not later, exactly on the dot.

Room spacious compare to other toyoko-inn chain. Frequent free shuttle bus to shinagawa Station. Near to monorail station for haneda airport. Delicious and good variety of breakfast.

The room that we had was a little bit bigger than the last toyoko Inn that we stayed. Place comfortable for a couple of nights. The staff was friendly, and there wasn't any issue when my luggage arrived from Hiroshima after our checkout.

This is my second time staying at a Toyoko Inn hotels chain. I like everything about them. The first time I stayed in Asakusa, which was closer to the city center. Omori is a bit further away. But I like the cleanliness and the breakfast.

You cannot go wrong with a Toyoko inn; it was a good price for a good room, nice location, close to public transport. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast was super crowded, but you could get a bento and eat it upstairs. The breakfast itself was good though. The staff of the hotel is very friendly.

Clean, conveniently located, great breakfast all at a good price. Toyoko inns provide consistent Japanese quality wherever they’re located, this one is no exception. Right next door to the train station and four stops to Haneda airport.

Good breakfast. Staff really helpful. Very good value for money in Tokyo (stayed at several hotels in the Toyoko Inn chain in Japan as they are pretty good value for money and represent a fairly high standard). Also the free shuttle bus in Tokyo to and from Shinagawa station was really useful and very frequent.
