Everything was very tidy, the staff was very friendly and polite, the check in was fast and also the check out. The train station is close and you have a seven eleven in the next corner. Breakfast is delicious.

Good location for getting around Osaka and plenty of food spots in the area. Staff were lovely and very helpful, plenty of storage for luggage, rooms comfortable and plenty of facilities. The communal area downstairs with microwave and vending machines was very helpful- and free breakfast looked great in the morning!

All are walkable distance. A meet up point if you join a tour to Kyoto and Nara. I like the harder bed, and very clean bedding sheet and comforter.

The area is very quiet but only a 10 min walk to the metro. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. The breakfast is good! The views from the window is superb and the room very well designed. I will definitely return.

Die Ausrichtung der Betten war besser als in anderen Toyoko Inn Hotels, sodass man von beiden Seiten gut einsteigen und aufstehen konnte. Sehr nette persönliche Betreuung und Hilfestellung durch das Personal der Rezeption.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to access nearby railway station. The breakfast was excellent — a great opportunity to try typical Japanese dishes, and everything was delicious. The room was clean, tidy, and more spacious than I expected. The hotel was also very thoughtful, replacing towels daily which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, highly recommended!

Good location in walking distance from Shin-saka station, I would recommend taking metro (only one stop on the red line) though, especially when traveling with large baggage. Rooms are perfectly clean with really comfortable beds. Rexeptionists were friendly and helpful and when the breakfast serving time is over the ladies from kitchen will come out to bow and thank the guests, it was mind blowing experience for european tourist 😄 I find this hotel to have a good value for money ratio and can recommend it. There are plenty od restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes walk.

It exceeded my expectations in many ways. I would book here again for sure.
