The place is excellent - pictures do not give it a justice! The flat is very spaciuos, two bedrooms, one with master bed, second with two single beds. There is a kitchen with a launge with two sofas where you can also sleep. There is a cooker, oven, fridge, electric kettle... all you need if you want to cook. All the rooms and the kitchen/launge have air conditioning! The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There is also a washing machine (old but fully working, I used it) which is great if you travel with kids or plan a longer stay. There is a nice, spacious porch at the back of the house with sofa, armchairs and table. The hosts are lovely, friendly people who cook very well. They use local ingredients, I believe most of the vegetables were from their garden. You can order breakfasts and dinners at an extra cost. Area is beautiful and the place is located close to Permet, thermal water and the Langarica Canyon. Summarizing, the price is very low for what you get. I very much recommend!

A magnificent house with a great view of the entire area. The apartment is on the second floor of the house, an excellent and well-organized apartment, the linens are clean and luxurious and also full of extra towels, which is very comfortable. The hosts are lovely, met us when we arrived late at night after a long day of hiking and treated us to a welcome of homemade nut jam. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There are comfortable balconies in the living room as well as in the kitchen and even in one of the bathrooms. There is a washing machine, it helped us a lot during the long trip in Albania. The apartment is within walking distance of the main street and there are shops nearby. In the yard there is room for 2 vehicles. The house is easy to find and is also identified from a distance with the symbol of Albania. In addition, there is a sweet puppy in the yard that does circus stunts and this added to the pleasant atmosphere. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we will gladly return

If you ever want to see the real face of Albanian hospitality,you must stay in this villa )First of all ,the owner ,Miranda,is always around if you have any questions or requests.The house you rent has a separate private entrance,space for parking outside the gate ,a spacious terrace to have coffee or meals ,two bedrooms ,a cozy living room ,a well-equipped kitchen,a big bathroom and the full of light hall.I rented the house alone but four people minimum can stay there .All the villa is made with love ,beautifully decorated with paintings and pictures.There are fresh flowers in vases in every room,even in the bathroom .Everything is spotless and comfortable.Though the owner doesn’t speak English ,the use of an online translator solved all the problems and we could talk about many things with a cup of coffee with a wonderful and generous lady.Miranda brought me traditional breakfast as a treat and it touched me to the very bottom of my heart .She also treated me with homemade plum jam which was very nice of her .The lady also made their best dessert ever Trilece and brought me the piece as well.Where else will you find such hospitality ?))The house is located just above the river in a very quiet private area.Still,it takes just a couple of minutes to reach the city centre.I really felt at home and deeply thankful to these people for making my short stay so comfortable and peaceful .I will definitely come again and my sincere recommendations)))

Very nice and modern interior design. Many bedrooms, perfect for a big group of people. Every room has its own bathroom which has everything you need (towels, soap etc.) The owners and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. Uncomplicated and easy check-in and check-out (even that we arrived very late in the night at 1:30 am). The landscape there is breathtaking and it is very quiet since you do not really have neighbours.

We have been welcomed inside by a nice lady. The flat is spacious and nice. Amazing view on the mountain. 2 km from city center. We enjoyed a generous homemade breakfast in the morning.
