Good locatoion, close to the ski lifts. The owner lives in the neighboring house, but he cannot be seen, so no one was disturbing us. The kitchen is well equipped, the heating was good, the beds comfortable. Must be nice as well in the summer.

Since we don't speak German, I appreciate that the host communicated with us in English. He explained everything to us regarding the use of the cottage, which is furnished in a contemporary and tasteful manner. I definitely recommend this accommodation for winter recreation.

Everything! Great views. Beautiful house with plenty of kitchenware and towels. Washing machine a bonus. Chinese restaurant opposite (cash only) but very convenient. 10 min walk into Niederwolz for food store (Nah & Frisch) and ATM. Bus stop 100m from house (buses on time but irregular so check first). Very friendly hosts. The llamas are lovely. Check out Tierpark in Schiefling (farm zoo) for younger kids and Hochseilgarten in Oberwolz (high ropes) for older kids. Would certainly go back and thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful time: the house is very spacious and the saloon was our favourite. We easily and comfortable fit everywhere. The house is also extremely equipped (hair dryer, towels, cooking appliances, everything that you might need). It didn't cause a problem for us that there was only 1 bathroom either. The hot water never ran out. Things to do: We went skiing on 3 days (Kreischberg is like 30-35 mins by car, but the train in front of the house would also take you there for free if you have skiing equipment). On another 2 days we went hiking ("Rund um Möderbrugg" hike is BEAUTIFUL, we went up to a mountain, it was amazing and it's not hard, just be careful if you go with dogs). There is TV in the house, so it's great to snuggle up in the saloon and watch a movie one night also. There are big stores 8 minutes away by car (Billa, Spar, Hofer, DM).

Should you need a house for eight people in four rooms, equipped everything you need for a pleasent vacation with large spaces for gathering together and you do not bother that the furniture is not brand new, this is the place for you. We loved it very much!
