The accommodation is in an ideal location for viewing the Northern Lights – we saw them for three consecutive days! It's also close to the river, and the heating, fireplace, and sauna allowed us to experience the Arctic Circle lifestyle. From the moment we arrived at Villa Lapin Kulta, an idyllic retreat on the shores of Lake Inari, we loved everything about it: in particular the stylish interior design, the incredibly comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the cosiness, the spacious wood-fired sauna and the magnificent VIEW from the huge floor-to-ceiling windows. It was a privilege and a pleasure to spend our long weekend immersed in the pristine natural beauty of the Arctic wilderness. We were lucky enough to view the Northern Lights from the hot tub on the night we arrived and also experienced snowshoeing for the first time, thanks to the (high-quality) winter sports equipment provided. Communication with Niina was excellent, from booking to departure. It really was a perfect and truly memorable stay.

Super cute cabin with integrated private sauna and an inside fire stove with additional fire tipi outside. Directly looking at a lake and the forest in the middle of nowhere with amazing stars and some northern lights. The owners are super friendly and the huskies are adorable, we could also feed them with them. They had 6 weeks old puppies which were super cute!

We liked all of it! The location is superb, the house is cosy, big, superconfortable and perfectly equipped (including reindeer’s food and wood for the chimney!) We loved specially the garden with reindeers visiting use every morning, the sauna and the nice atmosphere in the living room with the chimney and the Xmas tree!❤️🛷🎄🦌
