Everything, but I will list a few of the things that are worth mentioning - the location is situated at around 40 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes from central London (this depends on what public transport you get and the traffic you encounter - it will take longer should you opt for buses for example). If you are going to a concert to the O2 Arena, this is a very good place to stay at - there are a lot of buses going that way nearby and it won't take long until you get there from the propriety. Another thing would be the owners - who were amazing during our entire stay. We were accepted an early check in and the communication we had with them was amazing. And obviously, the most important one - the propriety is clean, welcoming, cosy and provides a lot of facilities. One thing that is worth mentioning (for me) is that the sofa situated near the kitchen was extremely comfortable. If you are looking to book in an affordable AND great place to stay at, please do not hesitate - this apartment will not disappoint - even more, it will actually keep on offering amazing surprises.

Mulberry house is a beautiful and cozy house.. we loved it.. cozy sitting room on the first floor is so comforting and my 3 kids loved. They had so many toys and puzzles to play with .we always came back to the warm house which made us all happy.. Highly recommend 🥰🥰🥰

I’m really happy with my stay at Mallard house. It was a last minute booking and I got to the property quite late in the night but despite the lateness the host was very communicative. He remained contactable all through, responded to all my enquiries promptly and made my check in seamless. The house is so beautiful. It must have been refurbished recently ‘cos it’s so neat. Every furniture in the house seems new including the beds. Such a nice place and a nice host. I will definitely be staying here again.
