This was the most unique and quaint accomodation. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The external shower was so exhilarating! The host was outstanding in her communication but also in being discreet. We needed blankets and suddenly they were there.

Staying at the tree house has been a unique experience for us - my littles loved it so much! 🌳I particularly enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the overall setting, which felt like our own personal garden filled with sterlitzias and palm trees and cozy spots to sit and enjoy a good book. 🍷The little balcony and the treehouse itself offered beautiful views of the sea, adding to the charm. It was so relaxing, clean and inviting! We liked it very much, and the host was really hospitable. The managing office were also very helpful in organizing our stay. I would highly recommend this place. 👌🏻

The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

Very clean and spacious villa! A great experience! We called the host at the time of check in and he came directly and gave us the keys. He was very helpful. He was also there at the time of checkout to return the keys. We felt like home. Only thing to mention is that we didn't find extra clean sheets for the couch-bed, but if we asked, we are sure that the host would have brought us immediately, because he was always answering the phone when we needed him.

Brand new villa with aircondition, master bedroom with it’s own bathroom. Fully equiped kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. Seating to rest + another seating with chairs to eat, both inside and outside, fully fits for 6 persons. Remember that the third bedroom has a up/down bed The outside swimming pool is with stunning views into the country side and the sea. The view from the villa topdeck is even more breathtaking, especially the sunrise. There are no other buildings crowded with people around (just one unoccupied). Totaly silent area. It takes 10 - 15 minutes by car to the beach with plenty of tavernas and beach bars with sunbeds to rent (6-9€/set) or even for free (when you spent some money on drinks/lunch). Butcher, fish market, bakery, homemade honey, supermarket - within 10-20 min driving. By foot to the beach it’s a nice 1-1.5 hour walk, use google maps to stay on pathways without cars. For the way back use the “train” to the sweet water lake and walk for 20 more min, or ask for a taxi - chceck the price (20€) before you ride.

A really family and we were so grateful for the basket of goods which set us up for the stay. We would love to stay again!

The Property has high standard facilities, exceptional View, luxury setup, a well kept pool with bbq area and the best of Hosts. Villa is 30mins away by car from Chania and 15 mins from Airport, in 10 minutes walk you will find food and convenience outlets.

This is the perfect place to stay in Chania. Our villas has the most spectacular views, almost didn’t look real and there were so many beautiful beaches nearby plus amazing restaurants. The actual villas are perfect with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and a great kitchen, living, dining area. I already want to go back!!! Thank you Lia!!

The villa was really beautiful and brand new. It was even better live than in the pictures! Everything was really tidy and the owner was helpful and friendly. We had a big group of 10 friends and we rented both villas. We can’t really find anything negative to say.
