The couple who own the house are very responsive, helpful and understanding! The house is super clean and has all possible amenities (oven, refrigerator, washing machine, detergents and much more! The view is amazing - you can see the whole city, the sea and more! I highly recommend it! Thank you to these wonderful people for making our vacation perfect!

Our second stay at Neocastrum . Fabulous location on a citrus farm So peaceful and quiet and immersed in nature . Lovely little balcony for your morning coffee . In the sunshine with views to the mountains Lovely property with well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom and bedroom . Really comfortable bed which is a big bonus when you're travelling. Extremely generous hosts who leave lots of their own produce for you to taste. Innocenza even remembered we are vegan and provided delicious Calabrian soup and dolci for our arrival . Wholeheatedly recommend and we'll definitely be back . Thank you Innocenza and Pasquale

I loved the personal touches from the host. We were made to feel very welcomed. Pasquale picked us up from the railway station and showed us places of interest on the way. He had kindly left some delicious croissants, biscuits, sweets, water and wine. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. We were also given breakfast vouchers for a nearby cafe. Pasquale kindly allowed us an extended check out time and drove us to our next destination via some local points of interest. Our only regret was not booking 2 nights here instead of booking into an airport B & B

We spent realy great holiday here. The place is great for its location. 25 min to Tyrheninan see, 45 min to Ionian see and 25 min from Lamezia Therme airport. We rent a car and spent one week by driving and exploring really beautifull Calabria region. Small beaches close to Tropea are amazing with almost no people. Generally the sea in a "Costa degli dei" is beautifull. The house is located in a montains (700 m above see) which is great in the hot summer with average temperature 5°C less than in a coast, which is really comfortable especially in the evenings. The house was well maintained, really beautiful with great atmosphere. Special thanks to Giuseppe (owner of the house) who is 24/7 available. No issues with any requests, even I did not speak Italian. We received many advices and recomendations from him in regards what to visit, interesting places, etc... We really spent great family holiday here which we will remember for long time.

We found our paradise. This house was exactly what we needed to relax. Space, atmosphere, peace, good location for discovering the charms of Calabria. Every day we happily returned to it from our travels around. We spent 6 nights there and were sad to leave. We are already waiting to go back there. Special thanks to our lovely host.
