The view, the apartment and the host ! Very clean, well located and in a beautiful cosy flat. The host was generous enough to let us check in and out outside the normal times, which helped a lot with the dog!

Fully equipped lovely flat, perfect location, very nice owner. We were let upgrade the room - although the originally booked grandfloor flat was also very good, and got free use of the garage, which was very useful. We spent there a great time!

The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. Especially the beds were quite comfortable in comparison to the often hard mattresses in other stays in Sicily. There was free coffee and tea and everything needed to cook. The bathroom Interieur was lovely as well as the hot shower. There was free parking just around the corner and it wasn‘t very far to the beautiful Ibla. Best thing probably was the mobile heater. As it still gets quite cold in March at night and the aircon is not that good at heating up an entire apartment, the mobile heater was a nice add-on!

Georgio and Francesco were in regular contact by phone, and messaging prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check in at a suitable time. Both of them were extremely helpful and offered and sent suggestions for restaurants, giving full explanation of the type of cooking/food. Georgio met us to give us entry to the property and to welcome us. He showed us everything to ensure there were no problems. He also gave us some fascinating history of the apartment. He told us to contact him any time at all if we had any problems. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Fantastic to have a real person, providing a great service, and someone we had the phone number of, who we could contact at any time. Also there are 2 garden chairs on the small terrace area near the front door, so great bonus to be able to sit outside. These were not shown in the online photos. Plates, cutlery, saucepans etc provided. The sofas and chairs were exquistitely upholstered, and many pieces of antique furniture and really far too nice for a holiday let. I hope all guests look after them so they remain in such good condition.

We had a wonderfull stay. The apartment was very clean, had everything needed of kitchen equipment, perfect outside area to relax and beautiful pool. It was a perfect place to travel with a baby as well. Nice, quiet place to stay and travel to Modica, Ragusa, Scicli etc on daytrips with car.
