The location was good with a free car park and quiet surrounding area. We travelled by car so it was very convenient to go anywhere from there. The room was clean with a hammock to relax. There was a coin-operated washing machine in common area with detergent. The kitchen was very good. The owner was so kind and gave my children small lovely chocolate chunks. We enjoyed our 3-night stay so much.

- the owner was quick in replying and very helpful, we were able to store our luggage - check-in is possible by self check-in, very useful to stay flexible - the kitchen is fully equipped to cook and make tea - small notes prepared by the host helped to find everything around the house :) - location was great, close to the castle

O-Ki was an excellent host. The spaces were beautiful and the serenity was much appreciated. Upstairs and downstairs toilets made the stay fantastic for old legs.

Completely authentic Ryokhan self-catering guesthouse, the most beautiful antique interiors but with all mod-cons, wonderful host who met us and showed us the house and its history. Great location to walk everywhere with large off-road parking beside. Great washing machine and dryer to use as we had been travelling over a week.

Very nice place with good location and very clean. Highly recommended from group visitors(accommodation for 6 people is okay) 7-11 and big supermarket Aron nearby make our stay here very comfortable.Also easy access to Matsumoto station about 10mins by taxi and 30mins by walk.
