Warm welcome from our hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Great location within walking distance to snow monkey park and local town. Well appointed and spacious villa. Excellent breakfast and dinner, the latter was in the form of a tasting menu so had the opportunity to explore Japanese cuisine that we wouldn't normally opt for. On our second night we had the place to ourselves so it felt very special.

This was our favourite stay in Japan! The house was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable — it instantly felt like home. The location was perfect, and everything was clearly labelled and thoughtfully explained, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We also appreciated the little touches like the provided coffee, tea, and other essentials. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly loved our time here and hope to come back one day. Simply spectacular. Difficult to put into words
