A comfortable villa located in a quiet village away from the crowded tourist hotels. A gorgeous, secluded beach with soft sand and palm trees is just 50 meters away. This beautifully appointed villa features a huge, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. It also features two comfortable bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with fruit trees, seating areas, and a barbecue. The beautiful pool was specially cleaned at our request, for which we extend a special thanks to the villa owner. The villa is a 15-minute drive from Hikkaduwa's turtle beach. Keel's supermarket and an excellent seafood restaurant are a 5-minute drive away. I recommend this option for those seeking a secluded, comfortable getaway in the wild. I especially want to thank the villa owner for his responsiveness to all our requests.

We spent one night at the Black Monkey Villa in mid-September and felt completely at home. The accommodation is tastefully and functionally furnished - the air conditioning, hairdryer and fridge are in mint condition and worked perfectly. The beds are very comfortable and the covered outdoor area invites you to enjoy the beautiful view of the greenery even when it rains. The shower was a real highlight - by far the best we experienced during our stay in Sri Lanka. We were able to relax wonderfully and would definitely come back on our next visit to Sri Lanka!

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts welcomed us like family — caring, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth made us feel at home from the very first moment. Another big advantage is the almost empty beach just a 2-minute walk away, visible right from the balconies. Waking up to an ocean view is a real pleasure. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, with fresh, crisp white bedding — very comfortable and cozy. The breakfasts were delicious and generous, a lovely start to each day.
