What you see on the pictures, is exactly what you get. We had different Sri Lanka dishes for breakfast every day. It tasted amazing We booked a safari through them and they treated us with different things to our safari. This is a place who is really worth your money.

Lovely villa located just next to Yala National park, which makes it very convenient for the Safari. The hosts were beyond kind, they helped us with everything and answered all our questions. The food was delicious, we couldn’t recommend it more. The villa was extremely clean and in the garden and surroundings you can easily spot a lot of animals (there is a river at a walkable distance with crocodiles!- a mini Yala ☺️

We had a great stay at Cool Nest Yala. Anu, the host, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and more. When we arrived, he showed us around the apartment and gave us a detailed explanation of where everything was. The included breakfast was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka, and the dhal was THE best in our whole 2.5 week stay. The apartment had two comfortable bedrooms with great beds and AC. The living space was comfortable and we spent an entire rainy day lounging inside with ease. The mosquitos stayed out of the bedrooms but we had nets just in case. We appreciated the extras, like drinking water, coffee and tea ingredients, and toiletries. We got to spend time with his adorable daughter! Anu gave our kids a keepsake to take home and we will always remember this stay!

Such an excellent stay, the photos don’t do it justice, the pool is amazing and right next to a beautiful beach. Lester is brilliant host/ caretaker, and can cook dinner and breakfast, which is very good quality. He also made some simple dishes for our young children. He also arranged a Tuk Tuk to an ATM and shops, five minutes drive away. Also just a few minute walk is a restaurant/bar called Thurya which is excellent, and run by a local family. Great for a drink or dinner. Also we went on a lagoon tour with wildlife wonders, five minutes walk from the cottage, highly recommend.

Saman is a very peaceful and friendly guy! Also he is a very talented artist and craftsman ! He build both of the tree houses and nearly all the other things by himself! He made us very good and rich breakfast. Both of the treehouses are so beautiful, clean and comfortable. We didnt miss anything in the houses. The garden is so nice. His son himanshu informed us about everything in whatsapp. He organized the safari for us and it was amazing. We had good luck to get the good driver Tesanda. He has experience of over 15 years and we where lucky to see leopard, elephant, crocodile and much other animals. We also highly recommend laith the tuktuk driver. A childhood dream came true to sleep in such a nice treehouse. Thank you for the unforgetable time. Tobias & Chiara <3

We felt like family here. The manager Gamini did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay- even organising a dinner on the beach for us. The staff spoke excellent English and spent hours tending to the maintenance of the place. We had a lovely room with good AC and a nice balcony overlooking the sea. We really liked this place- mostly due to the staff and stylish decor with relaxed vibes.

The villa is exceptionally new and situated in a remote location, offering a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The beach is pristine, stretching endlessly in one direction, and during our stay in July, it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. The villa boasts modern architecture, and its interior perfectly complements the overall design. The pool was immaculately clean, and an additional ice pool was available, where the manager could arrange big ice blocks. The staff took great care of the villa, ensuring it was cleaned daily, and they also maintained the pool on a daily basis. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He even offered to drive us to the market in the nearby town and took us fishing at the jetty, picking us up afterward. Opting for the breakfast and dinner package turned out to be a fantastic decision, especially since there is only one restaurant nearby. Our manager prepared a delightful breakfast with fresh fruits, toast, and a taste of the traditional local breakfast. Additionally, our personal cook consistently served us wonderful dinners that were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Overall, our experience at the villa was truly exceptional, with its newness, remote location, and peaceful ambiance. The staff's attentiveness and the manager's hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and delightful getaway.
